Hugh Jackman. He is a great actor. Basically the Xmen movies were about him and his character Wolverine. The people behind the 007 movies wanted to reboot the Bond franchise so they actually went to Hugh and he turned the Bond role down so that he could do the new Wolverine movie, which costars Ryan Reyonalds, and other people.
Gerard Butler. Everyone thought he was gonna get the role, but somehow he didn't. the lead of 300 couldve been great, he's from the same area as the original connery, although daniel craig isnt bad, w/e
